We all have different relationships with food. But, if there’s one common denominator, it’s that we all consider it our body’s fuel source. While that isn’t wrong, there’s definitely more to food than just that.

In this episode, I’ll go through the true definition of food, the two types of food, and how we need to be more intentional in how we view food to make better decisions for our physical and mental well being.
